Form is a year of transformation. We want you to learn how to be a disciple, a missionary and a leader. Someone who can follow Jesus for life and influence others lives as you do so.

We live in incredibly complicated times; we are coping with a high level of disruption & uncertainty about our lives, our values & our future. In times like these it is so easy to allow ourselves to be conformed, battered into submission by the forces of culture & the world.





Form is committed to helping us resist this, & making space for God to transform us as a loving Father. As we do this we become people who are in a position to bring change to our communities & the people around us.

Form is based here at St Thomas’ Church Philadelphia & The King’s Centre, Sheffield (Anglican / Baptist / Free Church).
 


There are two streams to Form training:

• FORM 1 is our intensive 2 day a week foundational discipleship year for young adults aged 18-30. 

• FORM ACCESS is a year-long course designed to make form training more available to the wider church. It is based in Sheffield and is for anyone of any age who wants to grow in character and maturity within a context of mission or ministry.
