Form Training has been expanding! As well as our long-running 2 day-a-week form year for young
adults we have developed opportunities for a broader range of people across Philadelphia
and KC to access the quality teaching and discipleship which young adults at St Toms have
benefited from over the past 12 years.
In September 2008 we piloted a new course, open to everyone within the whole church, called Form Access.
Year after year we see a number of young adults transformed by God as they do Form. This
happens through a mix of teaching, participation in mission and belonging to loving
communities.

We are convinced that one of the reasons that Form is such a significant time in many people’s
lives is the call it gives to sacrifice time and money in order to come closer to God and let him
form us.
Through Form Access we want to make the same call to other members of the Church, at any
stage of their life. We want to invite you to journey as disciples with us as we discover God’s
transforming love.
Form Access is a year-long course (September – June) for anyone who wants to grow in
character and maturity within a context of mission or ministry.
