TOM is a community of missional leaders committed under God to each other for the purpose of mission. We are committed to three-dimensional relationships - Up, with God; In, with each other, and Out, with the world. Members of TOM take vows to live in simplicity, purity and accountability, as authentic, contemporary expressions of the ancient monastic vows of poverty, chastity and obedience. Members of TOM have a Rule of Life which is Lifeshapes, a set of practical tools for missionary living thoroughly grounded in biblical insights.

The Order of Mission was birthed by members of St. Thomas' at Crookes and Philadelphia and the TOM offices are based at the Philadelphia Campus.
